DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU
We also ship to countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and Serbia. Please note that different rules apply in these destinations, and additional charges may be incurred upon delivery.
Shipping Terms
We ship all orders to non‑EU countries using the DAP principle (Delivered At Place). This means:
- We arrange transport all the way to your delivery address.
- Import costs (VAT, duties, customs and processing fees) are the responsibility of the recipient.
- These charges are usually collected by the local delivery provider at the time of delivery (e.g. Planzer, Royal Mail, Posta Srbije).
Important: You will be billed by the local courier or customs, not by us.
Prices & Taxes
All our prices are exclusive of VAT. This means you may be required to pay additional fees when receiving your package. Possible charges include:
- VAT: Payable at the local rate in your destination country
- Import duties: May apply depending on product type
- Customs fees: Charges for customs clearance or handling
- Processing costs: Additional fees the delivery company may collect
