I ordered from Mystery United for the first time and was not disappointed. The delivery was fast, the packaging was high quality, and the shirts are very stylish. In my case, the Europe Mystery Box included event shirts from Athletic Bilbao and Young Boys Bern. Excellent! There was also a description of the respective clubs. I would happily order again anytime. At the moment, a few friends and I are also planning to try the Mystery Tickets. We’re excited to see what it’s like.

Last Sunday, 08/03/2026, I went to MSV Duisburg with my father. Everything was well organized from start to finish, with the tickets and tips on where to park, etc.
We were seated close to the MSV supporters, which created a great atmosphere and made it a really nice match.

Fast shipping and top quality. I asked for the Mystery Box as a birthday gift. The surprise effect was definitely there, it included a cool shirt from a traditional club. There was also a sheet with information about the team. I would definitely ask for it again and hope you’ll be around for a long time.

Great match and great atmosphere. However, we were in the completely wrong section and couldn’t see anything. The stand was overcrowded, you were basically standing between the toilets trying to watch, if you know what I mean. (I saw on TikTok that you were at the game yourselves.) MSV Duisburg.

What I love most is the club info card that comes with each shirt. I gifted my husband the quarterly Adventure Season Box, and unboxing each one is a little celebration!

Ordered some shirts. The first one was from Germany’s third division. Despite the lower league, the quality was excellent, and the design looked amazing. The second shirt was from a club in Tanzania. The quality was a bit lower than the first, but that’s often the case with shirts outside of Europe. The beautiful design, created by a fashion designer, definitely made up for it.

In short, the designs were way better than I expected, delivery was superfast, and customer service was quick and helpful. Price to quality? Best player on the market!

I ordered 2 boxes with a 5XL shirt. One of them (FC Eindhoven) unfortunately doesn’t fit at all, while the other one (Waldhof Mannheim) fits really well. Too bad that one turned out way too small.

I’ve ordered a few shirts from Mystery United, and while the concept is fun, the experience has been mixed. My first shirt was too small despite ordering a larger size, and the quality wasn’t great — it was from a third-division Portuguese club. The return process was easy though, and I quickly received a replacement from Maastricht, which was fine.

So far, I haven’t received any shirts from first-division teams, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, the service is smooth, but the shirt selection could be better.

Fortunately, it’s a nice shirt from a top European league – in my case Young Boys Bern – even though it’s already the fourth Young Boys Bern shirt. Shipping was relatively fast, although the initially expected delivery date was postponed. The entire process and payment procedures were excellent.

Ordering a mystery box is exciting, but the whole process runs very smoothly. And then opening the package and pulling out a super cool shirt, so great to see my 13-year-old son so happy with this “gamble,” as he calls it 😁

I ordered three “England Mystery Boxes” on 28/11/2025 as Christmas gifts.
The package arrived just in time in Italy on 23/12/2025. So the delivery time was a bit long.
Aside from that, I received shirts from Ipswich Town Football Club, Queens Park Rangers Football Club, and Cambridge United Football Club (all original UMBRO/ERREA).
I’m satisfied.

For the second time, we bought a Mystery Shirt for our son's birthday. Once again, it was a perfect hit—unique shirts that no one else wears. Ideal for a football fan! You can easily specify your preferences (which shirts you don’t want to receive), and they take this into account. Delivery was fast, and communication via email was accurate.

I had seen advertisements from the company a long time ago and immediately found the idea of receiving a random jersey interesting. However, I hesitated a bit because a box costs around 50 euros.

A few days ago, I finally placed my first order, and I was not disappointed. The delivery took only a few days.

I received an away jersey from a Polish first-division club from the current 24/25 season. It also looks great, so it won’t just remain a collector’s item, but I’ll wear it from time to time as well.

The included info card about the club adds a nice touch. A quick look at the club's fan shop revealed that, when converted from Zloty to euros, the jersey is about 22 euros more expensive than what I ultimately paid at Mystery United.

This won’t be my last order, and I’m already excited to see which jersey I’ll get next.
