We gave this box to our son for…

We gave this box to our son for his 12th birthday and he absolutely loved it. He was really excited about the surprise shirt. Such a fun and exciting concept. We would 100% recommend it. We do have one small suggestion: it would be great if the address label could be placed on the box in a way that makes it easier to remove. At the moment, the label is stuck directly onto the box, which does not look quite as nice when it is meant as a gift. But apart from that, we are very happy!

Multiple time experience - perfect present or friend gift!

Multiple times have I placed an order for different types of boxes. Mystery United never let me down. Excellent service, beautiful collection and really unique pieces. In my opinion better than most mysteryshirt providers, because of the quality and uniqueness, as well as the card with information about the shirt. Really excited to order another box in the future!

Such a great online store!

Such a great online store! I’ve already ordered a shirt twice for my 12-year-old son. It’s always a real surprise which shirt you receive, and that makes it feel like a proper gift! It’s also great that you can share your preferences and they really take them into account. The information card with details about the club is such a nice touch as well! Shipping is super fast too. In short, we’ll definitely be ordering here more often!

Great first experience

We received a Fiorentina shirt and shorts for our daughter. Really nice quality and the fit was perfect. The scarf from a Spanish second-division club was great too. Good value for money and fast delivery. They might not be the loudest name online, but the quality definitely speaks for itself.

Perfect gift for our football players

We’ve already ordered mystery shirts and scarves many times for our three boys. As soon as they see the black box, they instantly light up. Great value for money with the Mystery Boxes

All five shirts we ordered were fantastic, diverse, and our wishes and preferences were taken into account. As a nice bonus, each came with a “Team Card” containing information about the shirt and the club. Delivery was also very fast. Highly recommended!

I’ve ordered a few shirts from Mystery United

I’ve ordered a few shirts from Mystery United, and while the concept is fun, the experience has been mixed. My first shirt was too small despite ordering a larger size, and the quality wasn’t great — it was from a third-division Portuguese club. The return process was easy though, and I quickly received a replacement from Maastricht, which was fine. So far, I haven’t received any shirts from first-division teams, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, the service is smooth, but the shirt selection could be better.

Communication is excellent!

I placed two orders. The first one was perfect. The second time, I ordered a size smaller and it was too small. I indicated that I wanted to exchange it for a larger size, but I received the same size again. I sent a message and received a quick response and the issue was resolved. Two days later, I had the correct size and a nice shirt in my mailbox. I give you five stars because you communicated quickly and resolved the issue quickly. We all make mistakes sometimes. I will definitely order from you again! 👍👍

Great company!

Great company! I’ve already ordered around 10 shirts from this company. Fast delivery, always fun and unique shirts, plus a cool fact about the club included. I had to return one once due to the wrong size. The process was quick and smooth using the online returns portal. As soon as my return arrived, I immediately received a replacement shirt. The last two shirts I received even came with a handwritten note. Such a nice personal touch! This is the best place to order your shirts!

Ordered some shirts

Ordered some shirts. The first one was from Germany’s third division. Despite the lower league, the quality was excellent, and the design looked amazing. The second shirt was from a club in Tanzania. The quality was a bit lower than the first, but that’s often the case with shirts outside of Europe. The beautiful design, created by a fashion designer, definitely made up for it. In short, the designs were way better than I expected, delivery was superfast, and customer service was quick and helpful. Price to quality? Best player on the market!

A must-have for every football fan!

Cool packaging, great service, and seriously awesome shirts! We got kits from Bhutan, Mexico, and even one from Africa. We’re building a really unique collection. What I love most is the club info card that comes with each shirt. I gifted my husband the quarterly Adventure Season Box, and unboxing each one is a little celebration!

Spot on!

For the second time, we bought a Mystery Shirt for our son's birthday. Once again, it was a perfect hit—unique shirts that no one else wears. Ideal for a football fan! You can easily specify your preferences (which shirts you don’t want to receive), and they take this into account. Delivery was fast, and communication via email was accurate.

Very satisfied

I had seen advertisements from the company a long time ago and immediately found the idea of receiving a random jersey interesting. However, I hesitated a bit because a box costs around 50 euros. A few days ago, I finally placed my first order, and I was not disappointed. The delivery took only a few days. I received an away jersey from a Polish first-division club from the current 24/25 season. It also looks great, so it won’t just remain a collector’s item, but I’ll wear it from time to time as well. The included info card about the club adds a nice touch. A quick look at the club's fan shop revealed that, when converted from Zloty to euros, the jersey is about 22 euros more expensive than what I ultimately paid at Mystery United. This won’t be my last order, and I’m already excited to see which jersey I’ll get next.

The cards explaining the history of the clubs are really nice. The shirts from Europe are top quality and look great (even from the 3rd division). The shirts from Asia, in my case Indonesia, or Argentina’s 3rd division are a bit simpler, but still very exciting and fun!
