We offer standard delivery via PostNL. For international deliveries, PostNL hans it over to a local parcel service in your country.
For 1 product, you can choose between delivery with or without tracking. For 2 or more products, you will automatically receive tracking.
- Can I track my order?

Yes. When ordering one product, you can choose whether you want tracking. When ordering two or more products, tracking is included as standard!
- Can I choose a delivery date myself?

No, that is not possible. We process all orders on working days until 5:00 pm, and they are shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday. The expected delivery date is indicated during checkout.
- Do I pay shipping costs?

Whether you pay shipping costs depends mainly on the order amount. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge! Shipping costs will be charged for all orders under €100. The amount of these costs depends on the country you are ordering from. We ship from as little as €4.95!
- When will my order be delivered?

You will find the expected delivery time on the checkout page. All orders placed before 5 p.m. on working days will be shipped the same day.

Letterbox parcel: this will fit through your letterbox, so you don't need to be at home for this.
Parcel delivery: this will be delivered around your house or to a parcel point in your neighbourhood. Keep an eye on the tracking for this.
Which package you have depends on which choice you made at the checkout.
