We offer standard delivery via PostNL. For international deliveries, PostNL hans it over to a local parcel service in your country.
Orders of three or more products are automatically shipped as a parcel.
- Do I pay shipping costs?

Whether you pay shipping costs depends mainly on the order amount. We ship your order for free if it is over €100. Below that amount, we charge a fee. The amount of these costs depends on which country you are ordering from. We ship for as little as €3,95!
- When will my order be delivered?

You will find the expected delivery time on the checkout page. All orders placed before 5 p.m. on working days will be shipped the same day.
- Can I choose a delivery date myself?

No, that is not possible. We process all orders on working days until 5:00 pm, and they are shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday. The expected delivery date is indicated during checkout.
- Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive standard tracking with your order for 3 or more products. If you order fewer than 3 products, you can choose whether you want to receive tracking in the shopping basket.

Letterbox parcel: this will fit through your letterbox, so you don't need to be at home for this.
Parcel delivery: this will be delivered around your house or to a parcel point in your neighbourhood. Keep an eye on the tracking for this.
