Yes, every order comes with a tracking code by default! You will receive it in a shipping confirmation email after your order.

No, that is not possible. We process all orders on working days until 5:00 pm, and they are shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday. The expected delivery date is indicated during checkout.

Whether you pay shipping costs depends mainly on the order amount. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge!
Shipping costs will be charged for all orders under €100. The amount of these costs depends on the country you are ordering from. We ship our international orders from as little as €6.95!
