Each Mystery Box contains one item. For example, if you want two jerseys, you’ll need to order two Mystery Boxes.

For our Mystery Boxes, we always recommend ordering your usual size. If you are in doubt, you can use our size chart on the product pages or contact our customer service.

If a shirt fits differently than we would normally expect, we will send it one size up or down, along with an explanation card to clarify why we did so. This way, we try to prevent your product from not fitting!

Yes, we keep track of this. We want to make sure you don’t receive a shirt from the same club more than once. With us, you’ll always get a unique football jersey!

We use the email address you order with for this purpose. Each shirt we send is linked to your email address, so we can exclude it from future orders.

Please note: if you order with different email addresses, we unfortunately can’t link them. However, you can always mention which shirts you’ve already received in the comment field when placing a new order. We’ll certainly take that into account!

No, we currently do not have any shirts with player prints in our range.
