- How do I know which size to choose?

We always recommend ordering the same size you normally wear. If you are unsure, you can always contact our customer service for help. If a shirt turns out to be a different size than we are normally used to, we will send it as a size larger or smaller with an explanation card explaining why we are doing this.
- Are the shirts from Mystery United original?

Absolutely! All the football shirts we supply are guaranteed to be original and official. We do not supply counterfeit products or fake shirts. Mystery United stands for quality and a passion for football shirts. That is why we at Mystery United give a 100% official shirt guarantee!
- How many shirts are in a Mystery Box?

Each Mystery Box contains one item. For example, if you want two jerseys, you’ll need to order two Mystery Boxes.
- Can I exclude clubs and/or colours from my Mystery Box?

Yes, that is certainly possible! You can do this in the shopping basket, where there is a special comments box. Here you can indicate which clubs, colours or competitions you would prefer not to receive. For example, "no FC Barcelona" or "no red."
We always try to accommodate specific requests, but we can never guarantee it.
- Do you keep track of which clubs I have received before?

Yes, we keep track of this. We want to make sure you don’t receive a shirt from the same club more than once. With us, you’ll always get a unique football jersey!
We use the email address you order with for this purpose. Each shirt we send is linked to your email address, so we can exclude it from future orders.
Please note: if you order with different email addresses, we unfortunately can’t link them. However, you can always mention which shirts you’ve already received in the comment field when placing a new order. We’ll certainly take that into account!
- Do you also offer shirts with player prints?

No, we currently do not have any shirts with player prints in our range.
- What is a Mystery United Season Box?

With a Season Box, you’ll receive a unique football jersey in your mailbox every month or quarter for a whole year! You pay the full amount upfront, which also gives you a significant discount compared to individual orders.

- Can I order a Mystery United gift voucher?

Certainly! You can easily do this via our gift voucher page! Please note: this is an online gift voucher. You will receive the voucher as a printable PDF in your email, so it's ideal to give as a gift! The gift voucher can be used for all products in our webshop. It is also possible to use two gift vouchers for one order.
