- What is your return policy?

We offer a period of no less than 100 days (!) to change your mind. This is because we believe in the quality of our products. Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product is still in its original condition and any labels that were on it are still attached. Fitting is of course allowed.
You can find all the information about returns on our returns page. You can return your order to us through various delivery services. The choice is yours!
- Are there any costs associated with returns?

In most cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The amount varies per shipment and from which country you are returning. We will also send you a new product free of charge if you choose to exchange your item.
If Mystery United has made a demonstrable error in the delivery of your order, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
- How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the amount to your account within 3 working days.
- How can I check the status of my return shipment?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return. You will also receive an email once your return has been processed.
- Can I exchange the same item for a different size?

Do you like the item you received, but it doesn't quite fit right? Then you can indicate that you would like to receive the same product. Please note: This is only possible if the shirt is still in stock.
